The learning that happens during a child's third grade year is filled with great adventures! At the heart of the adventure is an opportunity for students to continue to learn how to work alongside others and learn to set goals for themselves. Third grade is a fantastic journey of growth and discovery. Many of the skills of reading, writing, math, and science are put to use to explore as students learn more about the world around them

Our third grade learning activities will support ALL areas of your child’s development. We will work on social skills (teamwork, sharing, and social acceptance), literacy skills (reading, writing, developing a mastery of language and speaking & listening), math skills (operations and algebra, numbers & operations- base 10/fractions, geometry, measurement & data), social studies skills and science skills.  And that’s just a small glimpse of the work we will be doing!
